Our monthly Response & Monitoring costs:
Residential – R320.00 (incl VAT)
Business – R380.00 (incl VAT)
Pensioners – R289.00 (incl VAT)
Gated complex – R240.00 (incl VAT)
- No link up fees applicable to switching your alarm across to Gardier.
- Our service fees increase annually on 1 March of each year and customers will be notified of the new rate by WhatsApp to SMS at least 2 weeks before the increase is implemented.
- Our contract is month to month, and in the event of cancellation we require one calander months notice of cancellation.
- Our Annual Radio Fee is 80% of your monthly service fee, and is debited against your account in December of each year.
- The Olarm Radio Communicator is a once off fee of R850. This communicator gives you access to an app where you are able to arm/disarm your alarm, bypass zones, etc. Once payment has been made, the communicator becomes your property.
